Many homeowners check online home value estimates before deciding whether to sell. While these tools can be interesting, they are not always accurate.

Online estimates rely on broad data models and cannot account for specific property features such as upgrades, interior condition, layout improvements, or neighborhood differences.

In the St. Louis real estate market, two homes on the same street may have very different values depending on renovations, lot position, and market timing.

As a St. Louis real estate expert, I provide pricing guidance based on recent comparable sales, market demand, and property-specific characteristics.

A professional market evaluation typically provides a much clearer picture than automated estimates.

If you are curious about your home’s current value in the St. Louis area, I would be happy to provide a personalized evaluation.
